• Manage accounts receivable positions for assigned accounts through collections, credit, research, and analysis
• Establish and maintain appropriate credit limits by analyzing DSO and utilizing external credit risk management tools
• Build cross-departmental relationships to resolve discrepancies in invoicing promptly
• Ensure timely payments from assigned accounts through consistent communication via phone, email, and written correspondence
• Assist with audit support collection and conduct bad debt analysis

• Minimum of 3 years of collection experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or Get Paid is a plus

• Experience in the healthcare sector or familiarity with medical device regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of additional financial software tools
• Ability to work independently with limited management oversight
• Strong analytical skills for credit risk assessment
