Overview

Abco Capital Partners a New York City-based nationwide asset-based lender and investor is actively looking to recruit Investment Sales professionals to our growing team at our Midtown Manhattan office. The ideal candidate has an existing track record in the Commercial Real Estate industry with the understanding of both Commercial Real Estate and Finance and wants to work in a high-energy office with an entrepreneurial spirit.

This is a full-time or hybrid role for an Associate Director, Investment Sales and Finance located in the New York City Metropolitan Area with some work from home acceptable. The Director will be responsible for overseeing his investment sales book.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and develop new leads for off-market commercial real estate investment opportunities
  • Identify and engage potential buyers for commercial assets
  • Manage and grow your book of business in investment sales
  • Collaborate with team members on transactions and business development strategies
  • Maintain and organize a robust sales pipeline to ensure timely deal closures
  • Contribute to strategic planning and team leadership, with potential to lead junior staff
What We re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field (in-progress degrees will be considered)
  • Demonstrated experience and success in Sales, particularly Investment Sales
  • Solid understanding of real estate fundamentals and financial analysis
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data and market trends
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with the New York City real estate market is a strong plus
  • Proven ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Experience in the investment or financial services industry is a plus
