• Track program financials, budgets, and funding streams, ensuring alignment with DoD financial planning cycles
• Conduct financial performance reviews to ensure cost efficiency and optimal resource allocation
• Manage and report on financial forecasting and cost estimation
• Utilize defense financial management systems for congressional budget justifications and funding reconciliation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial strategy and execution

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or five (5) years of equivalent experience in financial management
• Demonstrated experience in DoD budget execution, cost estimation, and financial reporting
• Proficient in the Planning, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process
• Strong analytical and technical writing skills
• Experience with defense financial management systems and funding reconciliation

• Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP, KM Certification, Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM), or CPA
• Proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish
• Experience with government IT programs and environments
