Northern Alliance Financial islooking for an advisor who thrives in client-facing meetings, can turn prospects into long-term clients, and wants to focus on meaningful financial planning rather than chasing leads or handling busywork.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-office and virtual appointments with qualified retirees and pre-retirees looking for assistance.
- Design and present comprehensive retirement plans using managed money solutions, fixed indexed annuities, and more.
We strive to tailor retirement plans to each client's individual incomeneedsand goals, so listening and providing feedback isa critical skill. - Turn prospects into long-term clients through clear recommendations and trusted guidance.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations staff to stay focused on client-facing activities and collateral.
- Stay current and compliant through ongoing education on products, strategies, and regulatory updates.
Who This Role is NOT For:
- Advisors who avoid sales or prefer behind-the-scenesworkonly.
- Those who struggle to follow up on warm leads.
- Candidateswhoareuncomfortable with structure, accountability, or running a disciplined schedule.
- Remote-only candidates;while we offer flexibility and some work-from-home options, candidates must be able to work from the office and meet clients in person asneeded.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Active life insurance licenseandSeries 65, or equivalent credential(7/66, CFP,ChFC) for fee-based advisory work.
- Proven client-facing advisory experience in financial advice, retirement planning, or wealth management.
- Track recordof converting prospects into clients, particularly in retirement-focused situations.
- Strong communication and trust-building skills with retirement-aged, mass affluent clients.
- Drive to focus primarily on client meetings, advice, and business growth whileleveragingfirm marketing and operations support.
