Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as a Private Credit Associate and play a pivotal role in sourcing, analyzing, and managing private credit investments. This remote position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced industry professionals, leveraging your analytical expertise and exceptional communication skills to drive investment success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and due diligence on potential private credit investment opportunities.
• Prepare detailed investment memos and present recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage assigned portfolio companies, tracking performance and proactively identifying risks.
• Collaborate with deal teams to structure, negotiate, and execute transactions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date investment models, tracking key financial metrics and covenant compliance.
• Foster strong relationships with external partners, borrowers, and co-investors.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and macroeconomic factors impacting the private credit market.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in private credit, leveraged finance, investment banking, or related sectors.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and investment analysis.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and thrive in a remote, collaborative environment.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a remote or distributed team setting.
• Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA.
• Familiarity with private market transaction documentation and negotiation.
