• Apply knowledge of sales and use tax laws to various goods and services, including exemptions and SaaS rules.
• Coordinate sales and use tax filings and payments with internal stakeholders.
• Download and review system reports for sales and use tax filings.
• Conduct research to resolve tax issues and collaborate with teams.
• Perform accruals and evaluate unreconciled balances.
• Communicate with Accounting Team on sales tax treatment.
• Support audits by gathering required documentation.
• Manage business registrations for new and existing locations.
• Perform research to analyze sales and use tax inquiries.
• Assist with system implementations to enhance compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in US sales and use tax, including audits.
• Experience researching tax laws and staying current with changes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
