Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to support our Finance and Go-To-Market teams. The role partners across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to develop a data foundation, define repeatable analytical processes, and generate actionable data-driven insights to support market growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is passionate about data-driven conclusions and the value they deliver to the business.

You will be partnering with team members in Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, activating collaborative initiatives to support Go-To-Market growth and financial planning.

This position can be based at our HQ in Portland, OR, or remote from anywhere in the U.S.

Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis & Interpretation: analyze financial data, identify trends, and conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business decisions.
  • Identify and analyze financial issues and risks; develop and recommend mitigations.
  • Identify areas for cost minimization and efficiency.
  • Investment analysis and recommendation support by researching potential product opportunities and assessing risks and returns.
  • Planning & Analysis: develop and maintain financial models, forecast future performance, and conduct sensitivity analysis.
  • Contribute to the development of financial strategies and budgets; forecast bookings & CARR results, including resource planning for top-line growth.
  • Support annual planning and monthly forecasting cycles; own GTM teams cost structure.
  • Provide financial partnership to GTM executives, including budget-to-actual reporting and vendor analyses.
  • Develop compensation programs with Revenue Operations, GTM executives and Sales Operations; calculate monthly commissions.
  • Develop and report on key performance metrics and operational strategy.
  • Leverage data to deepen understanding of customers and segments; translate analyses into actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with management to align reporting and insights with business goals; create presentations and dashboards for management and frontline teams.
  • Lead or support data analytics and metric-improvement initiatives; produce comprehensive financial reports for management and boards.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis; understanding of sales and marketing funnels, BI, and lead management processes.
  • Proficiency in reporting, programming, and commercial technologies; advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
  • Expert knowledge in data modeling and statistics.
  • Proficiency with financial ERP and planning solutions; familiarity with AI tools and LLM models.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and collaborate cross-functionally.
