In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of financial operations, ensuring the organization maintains robust financial health while driving strategic financial analysis. • Oversee all aspects of financial operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Payroll management
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes with accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements and management reports
• Drive annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Develop financial models and pro forma analyses for business initiatives
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and tax regulations
• Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies
• Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering professional growth

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• CPA certification strongly preferred
• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• At least 3-5 years in a Controller or senior financial management role
• Advanced expertise in Excel and financial modeling
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as Net Suite or Quick Books
• Strong understanding of business intelligence and reporting tools
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
