In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of financial operations, ensuring the organization maintains robust financial health while driving strategic financial analysis. - Oversee all aspects of financial operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Payroll management
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements and management reports
- Drive annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Develop financial models and pro forma analyses for business initiatives
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and tax regulations
- Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering professional growth
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- CPA certification strongly preferred
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- At least 3-5 years in a Controller or senior financial management role
- Advanced expertise in Excel and financial modeling
- Proficiency with ERP systems such as Net Suite or Quick Books
- Strong understanding of business intelligence and reporting tools
