This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage and Protection Advisor, based in Ilford with the flexibility to work from home. The role involves providing expert mortgage and protection advice to clients, managing applications from inquiry to completion, and building long-term client relationships. Advisors will utilize company-provided marketing tools and leads to generate business, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop tailored financial solutions for clients.

• Expertise in Mortgages, Financial Planning, and Finance
• Experience with Mortgage Marketing and generating sales leads
• CeMap qualification or equivalent certification
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills
• Goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage workloads efficiently
• Knowledge of protection products, equity release, and commercial lending is a plus
• Experience working in the mortgage and protection industry is advantageous
