** The job:
** As a Fin Serv success specialist at Buildertrend, you will help builders take control of how money moves through their business. This role exists to remove friction from payments, lending and financial workflows so contractors can get paid faster and run healthier projects. Your work directly shapes how customers adopt and trust Buildertrend’s financial tools, turning complex processes into clear, usable solutions.

After 6 - 12 months, success looks like confident customers, strong adoption of Fin Serv products and measurable impact on revenue and retention.

* What you will do:

*** Guide general contractors through onboarding and adoption of Buildertrend financial products.
* Lead virtual training webinars and one-on-one sessions that translate financial concepts into practical actions.
* Monitor customer usage to identify gaps, risks and opportunities for deeper adoption.
* Partner with sales and customer success teams to support conversions and long-term value.
* Surface product feedback and onboarding challenges to improve the customer experience.
* Meet defined activity and performance goals tied to revenue and customer outcomes.
** Who you are and what you need:
*** 2+ years of experience in fintech, SaaS, payments, banking or a related field required.
* High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
* Background in customer success, sales or account management preferred.
* Familiarity with payment processing, financial services and/or construction industry workflows preferred.
* Proficient in using SaaS platforms, CRMs and financial tools.
* Able to explain financial topics clearly to non-financial audiences.
