Financial Analyst

This contract role is for a Financial Analyst, based in Newport Beach, CA, with a hybrid work model that allows partial remote work. The Financial Analyst will perform tasks such as preparing financial reports, analyzing data for trends and insights, developing and supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements and budgets. Collaborating closely with various teams, the analyst will play a key role in facilitating effective financial operations and business performance analysis.

• Strong skills in Accounting and Finance to develop and manage budgets and provide support for business strategies
• Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting for precise documentation and compliance
• Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data and identifying trends
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
• Proficiency in financial software and tools such as Excel, ERP systems, and financial modeling tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role; experience in the healthcare or technology sector is a plus
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
