Luxury Comfort Solutions is seeking a teammate with integrity, character, and energy to help lead our administrative team. This person will exude confidence, maintain a positive outlook, and demonstrate a servant-leader mindset.

This is a hands-on, follow-my-lead position in a small office setting. As the Accounting Specialist, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of our financial information. You will work directly with the CFO to manage and maintain accurate financial records, such as accounts payable and accounts receivable. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong aptitude for financial analysis.

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft/Google products preferred. Prior accounting experience with Quick Books is preferred.

You are:

  • a great at interpreting financial data

You will:
  • import vendor invoices into Quickbooks and review the upload for accuracy
  • pay vendor invoices via approved A/P schedule from the CFO
  • perform a daily review of Service Technician billings and invoice service clients
  • invoice residential and construction builders monthly
  • run financial reports for sales tax filing and to analyze expense trends
  • create ad-hoc cost analysis for the CFO
  • assist the CFO with the company dashboard and KPI tracking
  • collect and manage past due accounts receivable
  • perform bank reconciliations and general ledger review monthly
  • allocate payroll costs to various business units
  • are supervised by the CFO
