Role Description

This full-time hybrid role based in Denver, CO requires the Mortgage Loan Officer to balance in-office responsibilities with some work-from-home flexibility. The primary responsibilities include assessing and evaluating mortgage applications, guiding clients through the lending process, and presenting clear and personalized mortgage solutions to meet their financial needs. The Mortgage Loan Officer will also collaborate with underwriting teams, maintain compliance with lending regulations, and provide exceptional customer service to build strong client relationships.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency and experience as a Loan Officer in the mortgage industry, with a strong understanding of Mortgage Lending processes.
  • Knowledge of underwriting principles and the ability to collaborate with underwriting teams effectively.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and build trusted client relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Compliance awareness and knowledge of current mortgage regulations and industry best practices.
  • Previous experience working with residential and investment home loans is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.
