- Get paid $18.50 per hour¹
- Earn a $405 Bonus just for participating in getting certified as a Turbo Tax Product Expert²
- Work from home & set your own flexible schedule between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST Monday to Sunday³
- Earn an additional $5/hr from April 9–15 for all hours worked
- Fast 24 hour Certification²
To be successful in this Gig as a Service Provider for Turbo Tax you will need to be proficient in the following:
- This role doesn't require any specific accounting background. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and help Turbo Tax customers with their questions.
- Strong communication is key in assisting customers with Turbo Tax products and tax return software. You'll need to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically.
- The ability to understand and empathize with our customers needs while driving innovation and providing top‑rank service.
