Accounts Receivable Manager

Hybrid – San Antonio, TX* ### Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.* ### 5+ years of A/R management experience, including 2–3 years in a law firm or professional services environment.* ### Demonstrated success reducing DSO and managing aged receivables in a $50M+ operation.* ### Advanced proficiency in legal billing systems (Elite 3E, Aderant Expert, Chrome River) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query).
* ### CPA, CMB, or NACM certification preferred but not required.* ### Experience using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.* ### Familiarity with workflow automation tools (UiPath, Blackline).* ### Understanding of trust accounting principles.* ### Analytical rigor with a strong client-service mindset.* ### Excellent communication and diplomacy with partners, clients, and staff.* ### Change-management skills to drive process improvement and adoption.
