What

You’ll Do
  • Goal Setting & Strategy:
    Establish production goals and strategy for Mortgage Loan Officers. Determine annual goals and reevaluate the goals monthly and quarterly. Determine annual cross-sell goals and reevaluate the goals monthly and quarterly.
  • Sales & Productivity:
    Drive sales productivity and profitability by closely working with Mortgage Loan Officers. Motivate and reward mortgage consultants through sales calls noting excellent performance results, support joint sales calls/ventures. Lead sales and product training in the region to ensure Mortgage Loan Officers maintain best-in-class customer service levels.
  • Team Management:
    Recruit, train, and build a high-performance team and retain top performers, helping them achieve the established Sales Productivity goals.
  • Financial Management:
    Manage expenses, revenue generation, and profit and loss statements.
  • Partnership &

    Collaboration:

    Partner with the Bank to ensure mortgage and cross-sell goals within United Community Bank are met; collaborate with Fulfillment/Operations to ensure efficient customer-driven production, fulfillment/operations, pricing and delivery.
Requirements For Success
  • Experience:

    3 years of experience in:
    • Management in a proven leadership role managing 12-20 team members.
    • Residential mortgage sales originations.
    • Mortgage retail sales.
    • Mortgage originations operations including loan underwriting, processing and closing functions.
    • FNMA/FHLMC/FHA/VA/USDA programs and underwriting guidelines.
    • Marketing strategy and plans in a retail sales environment.
    • Net operating income and budgets.

USD $49,972.00 - USD $76,958.00 /Yr.
