- Build relationships to create new clients via face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions and referrals, social media, speaking engagements).
- Deeply understand clients’ and prospective clients’ needs, priorities and concerns to create personalized strategies.
- Oversee branch processes and responsibilities to ensure a high‑quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies, regulatory requirements and ethical guidelines.
- Engage the branch team to monitor and adjust the branch business plan to increase effectiveness and achieve business results.
- Create a highly engaging environment in the branch built on mutual trust, respect, feedback and accountability.
We support your growth with a new financial advisor compensation program that includes trainee pay, a supplemental salary for up to five years, commissions and compensation for new assets gathered during the first five years. Supplemental starting salary range: $45,000 – $100,000.

and the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred) or equivalent work experience within the securities/financial services industry.
- Financial services and/or sales experience.
- Financial services registration, licensing or certification.
- Professional and/or military career progression.
- SIE (obtainable without firm sponsorship), Series 7 and Series 66 will be required; registrations may be obtained at Edward Jones during the assigned paid study period.
- FINRA registrations required within three months; state insurance licenses required.
- Ongoing training by the firm and regulatory authorities (FINRA, SEC) and required CE training to keep licenses in good standing.
