Mortgage Loan Processor

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team. This candidate will be responsible for the entire end-to-end mortgage loan process. They will gather and process all loan documentation and ensure compliance with policy, regulatory, and loan terms.

• Review each loan file to verify that documents are present, accurate, and complete before CTC
• Manage loan process through mortgage software system, (Salesforce).
• Ensure that loan rules, obligations, and deadlines are met
• Audit and prepare quality files that meet closing objectives
• Obtain mortgage loan documentation for clients while keeping all parties informed

• Previous recent experience with mortgage loan processing in the broker model REQUIRED
  .
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA loans
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with UWM a must, other lenders are a plus

Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid work from home schedule. (remote available depending on experience and location)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9AM – 6PM, 1-hour lunch included.

Compensation: $60,000 – $120,000 annually, Base plus commission
