The primary role of the BOA is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors.

  • Hiring minimum: $22.50 per hour; hiring maximum: $23.91 per hour. There is also an opportunity for merit‑based salary increases as you progress in the BOA role.

  • Client Service:
    Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience.
