Role Overview

If you are looking for a fulfilling career, the Branch Office Administrator (BOA) role may be the right opportunity for you. BOAs team up with financial advisors to help clients achieve their long‑term financial goals. The primary role is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple advisors. Our BOAs are a valued part of the client support team, and we credit much of our success to their unique experiences and professional backgrounds.

  • Delivering exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed

Key Duties
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members.
  • Account Management: Learn and understand the financial services industry. Handle account opening, transfers and other requests under the financial advisor’s direction. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently under the advisor’s direction. Schedule appointments, prepare materials for client meetings, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, streamline processes with updating SOPs, and execute the branch business plan.
  • Technology: Strong computer literacy with willingness to learn new technology and programs such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products and other firm‑provided software.
