FP&A Manager

Autenti is a rapidly growing legal-tech SaaS company. We create a platform that connects people and businesses in the digital space, bringing speed, convenience, and security. Having achieved success in Poland, we are now focusing on international expansion and are looking for a FP&A Manager to join our team and support us in building stable financial foundations for the next stage of our development.

• Preparation, analysis, and consolidation of financial statements (both management and statutory).
• Development and optimization of reporting processes within the capital group.
• Close cooperation with the Management Board, providing essential input for strategic decision‑making.
• Analysis of financial results, identification of trends, and formulation of actionable insights.
• Active involvement in M&A activities, including acquisitions and the financial integration of newly added entities.

• 2–3 years of experience in audit (Big4 preferred) and an additional 2–3 years in business finance (FP&A/Controlling).
• Proficiency in consolidating financial statements and hands‑on experience in group reporting.
• Solid knowledge of Polish accounting standards and IFRS.
• Strong understanding of financial metrics, including those specific to the SaaS model.
• High comfort working with analytical and financial tools – advanced skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Experience handling large datasets.
• Proactive mindset, combining attention to detail with a strong “big picture” business perspective.
• Passion for creating and refining both internal and external reporting processes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with controlling and accounting teams.
• The capability to independently build financial models and analytical tools.
• Proficiency in Polish and English.

• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance financial reporting and analysis.
