This is a full‑time hybrid role based in Leatherhead, with the option for some remote work. The Commercial Underwriter will be responsible for assessing and evaluating risk, facilitating underwriting decisions, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Responsibilities also include working closely with internal teams and partners to provide financial advice and develop tailored solutions to meet clients' needs in the commercial insurance and finance sectors.

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess financial risks and make informed underwriting decisions
• Proficiency in Underwriting with experience in assessing business and commercial proposals
• In‑depth knowledge of Insurance and Finance to provide expert advice and solutions
• Experience with Loans and financial decision‑making processes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Detail‑oriented and highly organized with problem‑solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior work experience in the insurance or financial services industry is advantageous
