At Fornells Wealth, we specialise in investment management, pensions and tax planning. We’re a dynamic and progressive advisory practice, and we’re now looking for a Financial Advisor Support / Admin Assistant to work closely with our founder, paraplanner and support our wealth advisors across the country as we continue to grow.

This is a hands‑on role at the heart of the business. You’ll be speaking with advisors daily, liaising with providers, maintaining immaculate records and playing a key part in delivering a thoughtful, responsive and best‑in‑class client experience.

For the right candidate, there is also a genuine opportunity to develop into paraplanning and build a long‑term career in financial advice.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for supporting advisors and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Day to day, you will:

  • Client onboarding
  • Send Letters of Authority (LOAs)
  • Gather client and plan information
  • Chase providers and keep things moving
  • Afhere to Compliance & due diligence requirements
  • Carry out KYC checks accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure regulatory requirements are met
  • Advisor support & analysis
  • Conduct analysis and prepare documentation for advisors
  • Use back‑office and compliance systems confidently
  • Implement advisers’ recommendations
  • Process transfers with precision
  • Action ad hoc client instructions, including withdrawals, deposits and account updates
  • Operational excellence
  • Maintain clean, up‑to‑date back‑office records
  • Spot inefficiencies and drive process improvements
  • Investigate issues, fix root causes and help raise our operational standards

About You

Development & Progression
