An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an accomplished ACA-qualified Group Reporting Manager to join a highly respected organisation offering fully remote working anywhere in the UK. This pivotal role sits at the centre of Group Finance, where your technical expertise, leadership, and commercial insight will ensure world‑class financial reporting, robust consolidations, and a strong control environment across a complex, multi‑entity group operating in multiple jurisdictions.
This is not a "step‑up" role. It is designed for an experienced Group Reporting leader who thrives on technical challenge, process excellence, and continuous improvement within a global business.
The RoleAs Group Reporting Manager, you will:
- Lead the delivery of accurate, timely, and insightful group financial reporting to the highest standards.
- Oversee statutory accounts production across multiple UK and offshore entities, managing relationships with external auditors.
- Ensure full IFRS compliance, acting as the Group's go‑to authority on complex accounting matters.
- Drive process enhancements, refine accounting policies, and strengthen financial controls within SUN and One Stream systems.
- Deliver comprehensive balance sheet reviews and support cash‑flow forecasting, collaborating with FP&A and business finance teams to drive performance.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high‑performing finance team, creating a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Deputise for the Group Financial Controller, contributing to strategic finance initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
You will bring:
- ACA qualification (Big 4 or top‑tier audit firm background strongly preferred).
- Significant post‑qualification experience in group reporting within complex, multi‑entity or multinational environments.
- Expert‑level understanding of IFRS, group consolidations, and statutory reporting.
- Hands‑on experience with consolidation tools such as SUN, One Stream, HFM, SAP, or Oracle.
- Exceptional analytical skills and commercial awareness.
- A proactive, improvement‑focused approach – someone who takes ownership and drives change.
- Proven team leadership experience and confident communication with senior stakeholders.
- £100,000-£110,000 salary plus company‑specific benefits.
