• Process servicing functions related to escrow from loan acquisition through life‑of‑loan servicing
• Maintain escrow interest rates, process deposits, and controls
• Monitor service delivery, productivity, and quality standards for vendors
• Research customer requests and inquiries, evaluate multiple factors, and resolve issues
• Adhere to regulatory and legal requirements, including investor and state guidelines

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2-5 years of experience working in a mortgage environment, preferably in Mortgage Loan Servicing specific to escrow account activities
• Strong customer service orientation
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and multi‑tasking skills
• Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills

• Some college education preferred
• Problem‑solving skills and ability to understand state and federal mortgage lending regulations
• Familiarity with company operating systems
