• Provide financial and analytical support to Senior Financial Management and Logistics Managers
• Manage month-end closing processes, including journal entries and variance explanations
• Collaborate with operational leaders to identify cost and productivity improvement opportunities
• Conduct financial planning and analysis, including forecasting and performance analysis
• Provide financial training to Business Unit staff on policies and financial tools

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with all management levels
• Motivated self‑starter capable of working with minimal guidance
• Ability to convey complex financial information clearly to various organizational levels

• Experience with Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance and branch audits
• Familiarity with financial tools and software
• Background in logistics or supply chain finance
