- Process servicing functions related to escrow from loan acquisition through life-of-loan servicing
- Maintain escrow interest rates and manage deposits and controls
- Monitor service delivery and quality standards for Tax, Insurance, and Insurance Claims vendors
- Research customer requests and inquiries, resolving issues effectively
- Adhere to regulatory and legal requirements, including investor and state guidelines
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of experience in a mortgage environment, preferably in Mortgage Loan Servicing related to escrow account activities
- Strong customer service orientation and detail-oriented mindset
- Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand and adhere to state and federal mortgage lending regulations
- Some college education preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Problem‑solving skills and familiarity with company operating systems
