Global Corporate Controller

We’re looking for a Global Corporate Controller to join our Finance team. You will have executive oversight of the Global Controllership function, including Accounting, Revenue, AR, and AP. Reporting to the VP Finance, this role requires a hands‑on yet strategic leader who can thrive in a fast‑paced, public‑company environment.

• Set the enterprise‑wide strategic vision for the global Controllership, Revenue, AR, and AP functions.
• Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability.
• Develop and retain top talent, managing the career development and performance of direct reports.
• Act as the ultimate strategic authority for global accounting policy and processes, driving decisions that impact business strategy.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all financial statements and external regulatory filings.
• Lead month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes in accordance with IFRS.
• Own relationships with external auditors and the Audit Committee of the Board.
• Lead remediation of any control deficiencies and continuously improve control processes.
• Define the global IFRS 15 policy for complex revenue streams.
• Guide the Sales, Legal, and Operations teams on contract structuring and new business initiatives.
• Provide executive leadership for global AR and AP functions, driving efficiency, automation, and robust internal controls.
• Optimize the global order‑to‑cash cycle and procure‑to‑pay process.
• Champion the global target operating model for finance, leading automation initiatives to reduce manual workloads and shorten the close cycle.

• CPA (or equivalent) designation – required.
• 15 + years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 7 + years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience leading, defining, and owning the Controllership function within a large, multi‑national public company.
• Expert knowledge of IFRS and SOX compliance.
• Direct management of multiple finance functions such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Revenue.
• Track record of leading, mentoring, and developing geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience driving process transformation and implementing automation.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive leadership.
• Excellent English communication skills – required.
• French communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in Software, Payments, or Financial Services industry is a plus.
