About the Job Reporting to the Finance function, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with and completing the following duties:
Processing payroll accurately and on time for employees across multiple locations Reviewing payroll data, identifying discrepancies and implementing necessary adjustments Maintaining accurate payroll records including new starters, leavers and compensation changes Producing monthly, quarterly and annual payroll reports Responding to employee payroll queries and resolving issues in a timely manner Ensuring strict confidentiality of payroll data and employee information Collaborating closely with HR, Finance and wider business teams to maintain compliance Skills and Experience Minimum of 2 years experience in a payroll-related role Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations and statutory deductions Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables advantageous) Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively For further information on this opportunity or if you are considering the next step in your career get in touch with Ollie Mairs HireIQ in complete confidence
