- Read and comprehend retirement plan provisions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Support DOL, IRS, and large plan audits as needed
- Assist Plan Consultants in resolving operational and compliance issues related to qualified plans
- Prepare annual valuation and compliance reports for clients
- Track and monitor job progress to meet compliance deadlines
- Minimum of 3 to 8+ years of hands‑on retirement plan testing experience
- Experience with 5500 forms and other relevant documents
- Strong skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- QKA designation preferred but not required
- Experience with plan administration software, such as FT Williams or ASC
- Involvement or work towards an associate's QPA designation preferred
