Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing cash postings, uploading statements, and handling cash applications for ACH and checks. You will be responsible for cash matching and completing various adhoc tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities- Post cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Upload statements and ensure they are updated in the system.
- Perform cash application for ACH and checks.
- Conduct cash matching to ensure financial accuracy.
- Complete adhoc tasks as assigned by the team.
- 4+ years of experience with accounts receivable and cash application.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
- Strong reconciliation skills.
- Ability to adapt and transition between tasks seamlessly.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
This is a hybrid position with in-office work required from Monday to Thursday, and remote work on Fridays, offering significant flexibility when needed. The work hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. You will be part of a collaborative team consisting of 8 people.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Morristown, NJ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
