Position: Healthcare Credit Analyst (Multiple Levels)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Conduct thorough credit analysis to evaluate existing and prospective customers’ creditworthiness
Approve or make recommendations regarding credit extensions for new, renewal, and extension loans
Monitor and review customer accounts and portfolios to identify and address potential credit quality issues
Utilize technological tools and software to assist in the credit analysis process
Collaborate with team members to maximize credit quality and minimize risk

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent underwriting experience
Minimum of one year of underwriting experience for Healthcare Credit Analyst 4, three years for Healthcare Credit Analyst 5, and five years for Healthcare Credit Analyst 6
Strong understanding of credit analysis, credit administration, and risk analysis
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in computer navigation, particularly with software packages including MS Excel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience with complex healthcare credits in underwriting and credit analysis
In-depth knowledge of credit policies and procedures
Background in economics, accounting, or finance
Advanced skills in MS Office suite, particularly with Excel
Experience with software tools like nCino and Credit Lens
