• Approve or recommend the extension of credit based on thorough credit analysis
• Gather, analyze, and interpret credit information on existing and prospective customers
• Review customer accounts to identify and address potential credit quality issues
• Utilize technological tools to assist in the credit analysis process and evaluate different courses of action
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective credit administration and risk management

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent underwriting experience
• Minimum of one year of underwriting experience for Healthcare Credit Analyst 4, three years for Healthcare Credit Analyst 5, and five years for Healthcare Credit Analyst 6
• Strong knowledge of credit analysis, credit administration, and risk analysis
• Proficient computer navigation skills using various software packages, including MS Excel and nCino
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience working with complex healthcare credits
• Advanced background in the MS Office suite of products
• Previous experience in credit policy and procedures
• Background in economics, accounting, or finance
• Strong analytical skills in underwriting and credit analysis
