Job Description- Perform daily accounting & finance duties including receivables and payables processes, general ledger, tax and bank reconciliation, etc.;
- Prepare full set of financial reports for monthly closing.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, accounting standards and company policies.
- Support audit and tax queries.
- Manage general ledger and update audit schedule.
- Liaise with banks on banking transactions.
- Liaise closely with supplier & customer for payment related matters.
- Manage timely closing process and reconciliations, including for intercompany transactions.
- Ad hoc other duties related with accounting assignments to support the operational teams requirement.
- Ensure adherence to internal control policies and accounting procedures.
- Prepare schedules and supporting documents for internal and external audits. Maintain fixed asset registers, depreciation schedules, and asset verification.
- Monitor inventory accounting, valuation, and reconciliation where applicable.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned by management.
- Degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting & finance.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Accuracy to make the accounting deadline monthly accounting period.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
