We are seeking a motivated Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team in a full-time, hybrid role based in Toms River, NJ, with flexibility for remote work. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting clients through every step of the loan process, evaluating financial documents, and providing tailored mortgage solutions. Daily tasks will include processing loan applications, handling customer inquiries, collaborating with underwriting teams, and building strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and trust.

• Proven experience as a Loan Officer or in the Mortgage Industry
• Strong knowledge of Mortgage Lending and Underwriting processes
• Exceptional Customer Service skills, with the ability to guide clients effectively through the mortgage application process
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in relevant mortgage and loan software systems
• Ability to work in a hybrid structure, balancing in-office presence with remote work as required
• Current NMLS license preferred or the ability to obtain one
