Managing a portfolio of clients and reviewing year-end statutory accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders Reviewing corporation tax computations and VAT returns Overseeing the preparation of management accounts and ensuring high standards Assisting with onboarding and managing new client relationships Advising clients on technical queries and providing tailored solutions Mentoring and training junior staff while managing workflow Delivering excellent client service and supporting Partners with ad-hoc tasks What do you need?
ACA/ACCA qualified, with 2-3 years post-qualification experience Minimum 3-4 years' experience in practice Strong working knowledge of UK GAAP and FRS 102
Experience with CCH, Sage, Xero, Quick Books, and Alphatax (preferred but not essential) Ability to build strong client relationships and understand their needs Excellent communication, organisational, and multi-tasking skills A proactive approach with strong attention to detail Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook A team player with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently to tight deadlines This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a managerial role within a firm that truly values its people.
