Compensation: $70,000–$80,000 base salary + performance-based bonus
Our client is seeking a Pipeline Manager / Conditions Specialist with RTL loan experience, to take ownership of loans once they enter underwriting and drive them to closing.
This role is heavily focused on conditions clearing, borrower follow-up, and deal execution across RTL, bridge, fix-and-flip, and short-term loan products. You will spend the majority of your day actively calling borrowers, processors, and secondary partners to resolve issues and keep files moving.
Key Responsibilities- Own loans once they enter the underwriting queue
- Clear underwriting conditions for RTL, bridge, fix & flip, and short-term loans
- Make frequent outbound calls to borrowers, processors, and secondary
- Identify issues early and drive solutions to keep deals on track
- Walk borrowers through documentation and condition requirements
- Minimize miscommunication between all parties
- Monitor live deals daily and push files to completion
- Maintain strong organization across multiple active loans
- Minimum 3 years of mortgage experience
- Proven experience clearing underwriting conditions
- Experience with RTL, bridge, fix-and-flip, or short-term loan products
- Strong understanding of loan structure and execution
- Highly proactive, organized, and persistent
- Comfortable with heavy daily phone usage
- Experience with Lending Wise preferred
