Associate – Private Equity Acceleration

• Support commercial, operational, and financial due diligence efforts for private equity clients by synthesizing market and competitive data
• Build and maintain comprehensive financial models to support investment decisions and value-creation planning
• Conduct detailed analyses of financial performance, profitability, and cash flow drivers
• Contribute to client deliverables, including presentations and performance improvement roadmaps
• Collaborate with senior team members to identify value creation opportunities and monitor program execution

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications (MBA, CFA) are a plus
• 2–3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a related analytical role
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency with Excel; experience with data analytics tools is a plus
• Proven ability to synthesize data, think critically, and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Interest in private equity and portfolio value creation frameworks
• Experience with data analytics tools
