Process Specialist - Closer

• Review loan packages and create Initial and subsequent Closing Disclosures (CDs)
• Coordinate with Title and Settlement agents to ensure timely closings
• Prepare and issue initial closing disclosures and re-disclosures to clients
• Conduct Prefunding Quality Assurance (PQA) pre-closing audits
• Deliver final closing documents and clear them for funding

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in preparing closing documents
• Must possess knowledge of commonly used mortgage concepts and practices
• Basic proficiency in MS Office tools
• Familiarity with loan origination systems, preferably BKFS application – Empower, MSP

• Knowledge of mortgage loan origination applications
• Previous experience in the financial services industry
  
  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
