Senior Lead Finance Analyst - Merchant Services

• Own the short and long-term forecasting process and provide context to Line of Business Finance partners
• Develop or enhance driver-based forecast models using product and client data to predict financial performance
• Provide monthly/quarterly reporting analyzing financial results and performance against targets
• Present findings to senior leadership, focusing on translating business driver trends to risks and opportunities
• Identify opportunities to improve internal team processes and assist with ad hoc analysis as necessary

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance, Product Management, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Power Point
• Strong financial acumen and detail-oriented analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across teams

• Experience with data visualization applications such as Tableau
• Familiarity with financial management software applications like Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, or Essbase
• Knowledge of SQL and Google Big Query
• Commercial Banking experience with exposure to Payment products
