• Execute requests from financial institutions and investors regarding capital planning and deployment
• Lead internal and external projects while meeting deadlines and managing challenges
• Analyze data and develop actionable strategies for investors through effective communication
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to solve problems and implement new features on the investor platform
• Continuously improve the investor experience by focusing on automation and process enhancement

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial services, banking, fintech, or loan funding operations
• Excellent analytical and project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Looker, or similar data analysis software

• Experience in investor relations, account management, or similar externally-facing roles
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work under pressure and manage competing projects
• Quick learner with problem-solving skills and good judgment aligned with company values
• Team player willing to take on diverse responsibilities to achieve goals
