Mortgage Administrator - Full or Part Time - Glossop

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a Full or Part Time (5 days) experienced Mortgage Administrator to join an incredibly successful partner firm of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation based in Glossop.

Our highly valued AR partner is a dynamic, successful Mortgage & Protection advisory business consisting of 7 mortgage and protection advisors alongside an admin support team.

The firm is looking to grow their business further with a further addition to their excellent Mortgage Administration team.

Role Details
Full Time or Part Time over 5 days, no weekends.
Suggested Part Time Hours Mon-Fri 9am-3pm.
Office based in Glossop.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate professionalism and be comfortable dealing with clients and providers/lenders.

Minimum 2 years administration experience. Ideally some financial services experience but training provided.

Competitive salary package of £25,000 FTE DOE negotiable.

• Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status
• Proactively progress mortgage and protection applications through to completion
• Deal with incoming calls and emails
• Submit mortgage & protection applications

• Minimum of 2 years administration experience
• Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently
• Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral
• Confident telephone manner & excellent customer service
