A prominent recruitment agency is seeking a Mortgage Advisor/Broker for a hybrid role in Newbury. This position offers high earnings potential with a salary between £60,000 – £80,000+ and the option to work employed or self-employed. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in mortgage advisory and hold relevant qualifications (CeMAP 1, 2 & 3 or CF6).
The role provides pre-qualified appointments, an initial financial retainer for self-employed advisers, and the flexibility to work from home three days a week.
