You may also elect to spend some time working at a company office. Please note that your employment is contingent upon remaining in this location; any future requests to relocate to another state are subject to Company review and approval and may be denied based upon business need.

  • Respond quickly to new leads, conduct discovery calls, and assess customers’ readiness and financing options.

  • Use CRM and loan origination systems (LOS) to track activity, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate pipeline status.
  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience through phone, email, and text communication.
  • Partner with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to move loans efficiently and improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain active licensing, complete required education, and participate in ongoing professional development.

In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role are eligible for incentive compensation. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance, and location.
