Sr Financial Analyst

• Develop and maintain financial budget and forecasting models for assigned business units
• Analyze and interpret financial information, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and key financial metrics
• Provide advisory support on strategic initiatives for assigned business units
• Collaborate on FP&A related process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy
• Mentor and advise Financial Analyst team members

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related area
• Minimum of 4 years of work experience in a similar financial or analytical role at a senior level
• Strong ability to understand financial results and manage multiple deliverables in a dynamic environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Net Suite, Excel, and Power Point

• Experience with stock compensation
• Ability to tell the financial story using charts, graphs, and data visualization tools
