SBA Loan Servicing Specialist

• Manage accounts and portfolios specific to the line of business, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Perform operational tasks related to customer, vendor, and associate inquiries
• Develop relationships with customers and vendors to enhance service experience and resolve issues
• Facilitate post-closing loan disbursements, including compliance checks and documentation reviews
• Coordinate with portfolio managers on servicing action requests and maintain loan monitoring tasks

• Bachelor's Degree and no experience in Support, Operations, or Customer Service OR High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of experience in Support, Operations, or Customer Service
• Strong attention to detail and compliance with regulations
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Proficiency in data entry and operational processes

• Working knowledge of the Small Business Administration and loan closing processes
• Experience in commercial banking and financial services
• Familiarity with E-Tran, PCFS (Loan Manager), and loan disbursements
• Background in high-performing roles within financial services
