We are currently seeking an experienced Financial Advisor / Portfolio Manager to help manage client relationships, oversee portfolios, and support our growing practice.

The RoleThis position combines portfolio management, client advisory, and administrative oversight. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients while working closely with firm leadership to implement, monitor, and refine client investment and financial strategies.
This is a hybrid role based in either Victoria, TX or Nashville, TN, with flexibility for in-office or remote work for the right candidate. Compensation is salary plus profit‑sharing.
What You’ll Do- Manage client investment portfolios and assist in developing customized financial strategies
- Conduct portfolio reviews and financial planning meetings with clients
- Provide guidance across investments, insurance, retirement, tax‑aware strategies, and cash management
- Analyze client risk tolerance, goals, and financial data to build long‑term plans
- Monitor portfolios and make recommendations to keep clients aligned with their objectives
- Prepare and review client reports, proposals, and performance summaries
- Support compliance and documentation requirements in coordination with LPL Financial
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary relationship manager for assigned clients
- Assist with operational and administrative aspects of account servicing and client onboarding
- Stay informed on market trends, investment products, and financial planning strategies
- 5+ years of experience in financial advising, portfolio management, or wealth management
- Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 & 65) registrations, or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Clean U4 and strong compliance history
- Proven ability to provide sound, data‑driven financial guidance
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Comfort working in both client‑facing and administrative/operational capacities
- Experience with CRM, portfolio management systems, and financial planning software
