Position: GTM Sales Leader-Manufacturing & Retail (US Remote)

Role description

You Are:

An experienced Business Consultant with deep expertise in US Core Banking platforms tailored for Community Banking and Credit Union markets who will be serving as Subject Matter Expert (SME) across banking products, operational processes, regulatory compliance, payments, and emerging technology trends. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in core banking platform upgrades and migrations, as well as prior leadership or operational management experience within a community bank or credit union.

The Opportunity:
  • Provide expert consulting on core banking systems and related technologies for community banks and credit unions.
  • Advise clients on banking products, operational workflows, and compliance with US banking regulations.
  • Lead or support core banking platform upgrades, migrations, and integrations, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
  • Lend experience with payment systems, including ACH, wires, and real-time payments.
  • Stay ahead of technology trends in banking and recommend innovative solutions to enhance client competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, develop strategies, and implement best practices.
  • Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions for client teams.
You Will Need:
  • Extensive experience with US Core Banking platforms (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry, Finastra, or similar) in the Community Banking and Credit Union sectors.
  • Proven expertise in:
    Banking products and services, operational processes and workflows, regulatory compliance (FDIC, NCUA, CFPB, etc.), payments systems and emerging payment technologies.
  • Hands-on experience in core banking platform upgrades and migrations. Prior leadership or operational management experience within a community bank or credit union.
  • Experience with digital banking solutions, APIs, and fintech integrations.
  • Knowledge of risk management, fraud prevention, and cybersecurity in banking.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strategic consulting skills.
  • Banking platform upgrades and core banking platform migrations.
  • Risk management experience.
Compensation and Location

Role Location: Remote (East Coast-based ideal)

Compensation Range: $160,000 to $240,000 plus incentive bonus

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.
