Finance Domain Expert AI Model Evaluation Remote

Type: Freelance/Contract Remote Flexible hours (20-40 hrs/week)

Were looking for experienced finance professionals to collaborate with AI researchers on evaluating and improving large language models (LLMs) used in financial analysis. This role focuses on applying real‑world finance expertise to assess AI-generated outputs, define quality benchmarks, and help shape how AI systems understand complex financial concepts. No prior AI experience is required.

• Evaluate AI / LLM outputs across finance use cases where models underperform
• Apply professional finance judgment to assess analysis assumptions and conclusions
• Create clear rubrics and benchmarks to measure model quality (e.g. deal analysis, M&A assessments, financial modeling)
• Collaborate with AI researchers and other finance experts to improve training and evaluation methods

• 2 years of experience in one or more of the following:
  Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Capital Markets, Portfolio Management, Research, Trading, Quant, FP&A, Accounting or Financial Consulting
• Strong understanding of core finance concepts (investment analysis, forecasting, valuation, corporate finance, asset management, risk management, etc.)
• Excellent written English communication
• Permanent right to work in the US

• CFA (any level), CA, CPA or MBA (Finance)
