What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage credit and collection activities, including follow-ups on past due accounts and credit risk monitoring
  • Oversee the credit and collections team, ensuring effective management of cash flow and receivables
  • Develop and implement key performance metrics for collections staff
  • Communicate professionally with both internal and external customers
  • Collaborate with treasury on cash forecasting and bank account management
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
  • 8-10 years of demonstrated experience in treasury, cash management, and accounts receivable
  • Minimum of 6 years of management experience
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and reasoning skills
  • Strong knowledge of ERP and accounting systems, with experience in Net Suite ERP and Sales Force highly desirable
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with JIRA is a strong plus
  • Process design and development experience
  • Demonstrated ability to streamline and automate complex business processes
  • Attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities
